We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or government ID numbers in this form.

To delete your account, you must confirm your choices by selecting the deletion checkbox and the subscription acknowledgment checkbox. If you’re not requesting account deletion, kindly only select the option that confirms the accuracy of the information you’ve provided.

I understand that deleting my Elfieverse account may permanently remove my profile, chat history, personalization data, saved content, and other account-related data, except information Elfieverse may need to keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
I understand that submitting a deletion request does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. I may need to cancel my subscription directly through the relevant app store.
